When we turn to dealing with the rights of foreign workers in Israel, it is important to remember that these are basic rights. Every worker, and certainly a foreign worker, is entitled to the conditions they deserve and the respect that every human being deserves.<\/p>

Protecting the rights of foreign workers who come to Israel on our behalf is not just a matter of morality and social responsibility. As a company and as people, we at Ne’eman are there to protect them, support them and ensure that they receive the best.<\/p>

One of the most basic and important rights of every foreign worker in the state of Israel is the right to a fair wage and full social conditions.<\/p>

A foreign worker in Israel is entitled to a salary that will not be less than the minimum wage set by law, and it is important to ensure that he receives all the social benefits to which he is entitled, such as vacation days, sick days, convalescence pay, and payment for overtime.<\/p>

More than once, situations arise where foreign workers are not aware of their full rights and there are even unfortunate cases where employers do not pay full wages.<\/p>
